Reminiscing 2013 ~ Another year of Lesson Learn

Yeay It's my first post in 2014 .. hihihi..

In fact I still have lots of pending stories of my 2013 trips, still can we skip those for a while to reminisce?
Yes reminiscing my summary of 2013 story.

My 2013 began in the middle of forest and river. It's literally a forest in Central Kalimantan. They called it Taman Nasional Tanjung Puting I took a challenge to celebrate 2012-2013 live on board (LoB) on Sekonyer River with strangers. Yes, I called them strangers since we're just known each other at the airport (except Antho sih).. Hahaha. Well I didn't give a shit, I just though that it would give me different experiences, and I swore I would have deeply regret if I didn't do this trip. Having new year's eve in the middle of forest with zillions stars and fireflies was one of my favorite 2013. That was awesome indeed!!!

It's just....Tanjung Puting was where the friendship began....

Dear Aiky,

Hi how are you? I don't know where you are now, but I've been thinking about you lately. Yes, I am thinking about our short conversation at our lovely campus years ago.

Did you remember my stupid question to you? It was about your relationship with someone, a friendship.

Me : Why don't you dating her, Ky?
You : Why do you ask me that question?
Me : Nothing, just thinking.
You : Thereat, you chuckled and said "I love her that much, Ri. It's better like this, If we are dating, there always be possibilities for us to hurt each other and I don't wanna hurt her".
Me : silent for a moment and said "is it? Is that what you think?"
You : yes, at least for now.

A year after, I heard you dating her. I tried to find a sense behind your decision. It might be because you wanted to take the one and the only chance you had to always be there for her, and nothing wrong with that.

When I met you and gave you a congratulation, you smiled and said "Life happens, Ri" then I smiled too.

It actually happened to a friend of mine, Ky. She loves someone for no reason. Hahaha... yeah if you asked her "why him?" probably she will just give you her best smile ;')

But shit happened! And shit by default is very very shitty. It's just 'the truth is ugly'.

The Singapore Escaper :P

Perjalanan ke singapore gue dimulai sejak 2007. Nah sejak itu ternyata hampir setiap tahun gue ke singapore.. hahaha ;p                    

Dan kalo gue inget-inget awal perjalanan gue semenjak kerja justru dimulai di kota ini.                 

2007

Setahun setelah kerja temen kantor ngajak short trip ke Singapore Malaysia pake promo airasia dengan hanya 500.000an. Kali pertama kesana kami lewat Batam karena saat itu airasia belum ada direct flight ke Singapore dan ini adalah perjalanan pertama gue keluar negeri. Perjalanan ini sangat-sangat pendek, cuma jumat sabtu minggu dan ke 2 negara...uuhh. Beruntung gue punya temen bernama Nadina yang udah pengalaman keluar negeri, jadi si bawel satu itu bikin daftar"do and don'ts" yang super detail. Berkat Nadina perjananan gue keluar negeri berikutnya gak oon-oon banget lah... hehehe.

Excited?! Banget!! Hehehe...

Kami dijemput di HarbourFront sama Giri, temen gue yang tinggal di Singapore dan memang berencana nginep di apartemen dia di Choa Chu Kang. Pemberhentian pertama Mustafa Center untuk beli oleh-oleh. Mustafa ini buka 24 jam, jadi enak bisa pergi malem banget kesini.

Tempat yang awalnya gak pernah terlintas untuk gue datangain dalam waktu dekat, bahkan sebenarnya gak ada di list gue untuk Indonesia.

It's just our ego that finally made us really want to come to this place.

Kesalahan awal kami adalah ketika membeli tiket pulang tanpa memperhatikan hari yang membuat kami cuma punya 4 hari efektif untuk ke Takabonerate.

Before the day came I asked my friend, "I only have 4 effective days to go to Takabonerate, can or cannot?"

Yes, you can but you will just get tired because you're gonna spend more time on the way instead of in Takabonerate, he said.

Well again, it's our ego! Despite the fact that we're gonna spend more time on the way, we still chose to go there. So here we go Takabonerate...

Buat gue setiap perjalanan pasti punya cerita sendiri. Walaupun terkesan memaksa, gue gak akan lupa satu malam di Tinabo. 

Unfinished story, yet it's over ..

Pagi ini merasa punya banyak waktu .. (padahal kerjaan numpuk..hehehe)

Dimulai dengan sarapan sambil baca blog @windyariestanty .. beneran deh si penulis satu ini, setiap gue baca tulisannya selalu merasa butuh tissue karena pasti terharu.. hehe *emang dasar aja gampang mewek* :P

Selesai sarapan dan baca blog, cerita-nya gue mau beresin file yang gak jelas di desktop (sering asal nulis trus save di desktop sih)... Lalu liat satu file dengan nama 'doc1' .. gue buka dan ada tulisan ini...

Saat saya berada di negara tetangga, kamu menjadi teman saya bercerita. Saya bercerita dengan tingkat kebawelan diatas rata-rata tentang perjalanan saya termasuk cerita betapa spontannya saya memutuskan perjalanan darat ke Kota Seribu Pagoda. 

Tidak terpikir oleh saya membelikan oleh-oleh apapun untuk kamu, sampai saya melihat sesuatu yang menarik di duty free bandara. Saya membeli barang tersebut 2 buah. Satu untuk kamu dan satu untuk saya.
